Community Office Hours

Fivetran runs monthly Office Hours to assist Fivetran users on designated topics. Office Hours are live, virtual events for you and your team to ask for advice, try out an idea, and get the guidance to help implement Fivetran in your organization. 

Where

Office Hours are held as a Fivetran Community event on a Google Meet where everyone can share their video (optional), submit questions, and speak directly with Fivetran experts.

Format

  • Pre-register for Office Hours and submit any questions you have on the designated topic. You can find each event listed on the community Event Calendar.
  • Office Hours begins with a quick presentation - topic overview, best practices, and how to avoid common pitfalls.
  • Attendees can add questions to the Q&A at any time. After the presentation, we will answer Q&A for all attendees. Any pre-submitted questions will be answered first.
  • Questions will be answered based upon the number of likes/upvotes.

Guidelines

  • Please try to ask broad questions that can be useful to other people on the call.
  • For any unanswered questions, we will follow up directly after the event. You can post questions anonymously, but we may need your information to follow up if we don’t get to your question during the call.
  • These sessions are not intended as a channel for technical support. If needed, we will create a breakout room to talk directly with a customer support engineer. In general, for technical support, we encourage you to reach out to our support team directly.
