Going through this question now, looking for a balance between (expenses and better data quality), the difference in the data is very small, but the business team questioned why the value has a slight difference. Even explaining that a longer time between synchronizations generates a discrepancy between the data sources and our database.
Was using between 24 hours, now we change to between 6 hours. We are going to study how the MAR will be and whether it will be necessary to increase or decrease it. We use marketing sources such as meta, google, linkedin and pinterest ads.
What aspects do you look at to decide the best timing for synchronization?
