Facebook Ads basic_ad_set_cost_per_action_type

Hey!

Maybe somebody knows the answer to that 👇

In premade Facebook Ads report tables (destiation BigQuery) there is a table called:
basic_ad_set_cost_per_action_type

There are 3 values there that I need clarification on. 
_1_d_view - cost of action based on 1 day view attribution 
_7_d_click - cost of action based on 7 day click attribution
value - and this is the thing I don't know how its calculated?

Also, when I connect that to looker studio - if a aggregate "Value" by MIN - then its equal to the value in Facebook UI, when I use AVERAGE then its much higher. 

Can somebody explain it to me by any chance?
