Product Updates 🤓

Introducing Lite connectors and a program to deliver them by request. Lite connectors are a new tier of connectors with an accelerated development cycle built for specific use cases for SaaS applications. Launching with our 90 new Lite connectors is a By Request program that gives customers an opportunity to partner with Fivetran to build a new connector for a SaaS application that isn’t currently offered. Unlock your SAP data with our new HVA SAP connectors. Our new high-volume agent connectors for SAP are able to replicate large volumes of data quickly and securely. Please respond to this post if you are interested in trying one of our new HVA SAP connectors for S/4 HANA or ECC on Oracle, SQL Server, Db2 for i, or HANA.

Blend data pipelines into your product with co-branded Connect Cards. Connect Cards are Fivetran popups that allow your customers to authenticate a connection between their data source(s) and your data destination. With this latest release, you now have the ability to customize Connect Cards to include your logo. View our launch article to learn more.

Fivetran API response time improvements. We have dramatically improved our API response times across all operations—this gives you the ability to more quickly create connectors, retrieve connector schema details, provision new users, and much more using our API. Connector creation request response times, in particular, have dropped by as much as 30%!

New destinations & data for transformations. Fivetran Transformations for dbt Core is now available to customers using SQL Server, MySQL, and Azure destinations. And all customers now have access to more metadata with the introduction of dbt logs data in our Log connector. 

History mode for databases & applications. History mode is our solution for unlocking true time series analysis for your application and database data. When enabled, we will create a record for every change made to a source and append this information to its respective object in your destination.
