Facebook ad initial sync too slow for bringing in just 495mb of data.

Hi We are trying to bring in facebook ad data with 24 months historical data & 19 prebuilt reports via vpc perimeter enabled storage buckets.  It got paused by Fivetran in between due to the facebook rate limits affected warning. it was still syncing the 495mb and i had to pause the connector. I am curious to know why it is taking this long hours for bringing in this small amount data?

Destination is BigQuery.
