Greetings,
I recently received an email announcing pending changes to the Salesforce connector w/ respect to how it will handle "delete" columns in "soft delete" and "History" modes. I may be missing something, but in the case of the "soft delete" mode changes, the explanation seems ambiguous, even contradictory. Here's a quote from the email (the emphasis, mine):
Soft delete mode (formerly known as legacy mode)
* All tables will now have a _fivetran_deleted column, even if they already have an is_deleted column.
* If a table has both columns, their values will match.
* _fivetran_active, _fivetran_start, and _fivetran_deleted will be dropped from any tables that have them.
So, which is it? Will all tables have _fivetran_deleted columns or wont they?
Cheers,
Albert

Hi @al_bupp - Thanks for bringing this up. If you are migrating a table from history mode to soft delete mode, _fivetran_active, _fivetran_start, and _fivetran_end will be dropped from any tables that have them.
